The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Excellent
9.5
Excellent location, walking distance to sights and a step from the tube. Yet a quiet and peaceful hotel. The lobby is like a Greek temple, staff is very friendly and wellcoming. Room was nice, clean and well kept. We had breakfasts included in the package but have to say that eventhough it was good the continental is not 20+ £ good. But absolutely highly recommendable hotel and we'll go again when visiting London.
8.0
hotel nicely refurbished
9.0
A really lovely hotel in a great position - near Westminster and with a Tube station just round the corner. The quality was very high and the room, though small, was very well fitted out, with all the amenities you would expect and want. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
8.5
Good, friendly, clean
9.0
Hotel is due to close for refurbishment on 4th January 2011, but we still had a very comfortable stay. We have used the hotel on several occasions and look forward to it reopening.
8.0
On the whole good, service very good, room comfortable, expensive,no fried eggs at breakfast
8.0
The hotel is very nice. It's only 5 minutes walking to Victoria Station and to Big Ben. Also, the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is like an old mansion, so it's lot of charm.
9.0
Excellent quality and fantastic staff
7.0
Happy with level of accomodation and really have no complaints on a value for money basis. I realise that the hotel has just been sold and will be revamped at no doubt a substantial cost but hope the new owners will continue to offer value for money because we have stayed there in past years and would do so again if the value factor is maintained. NB With such a great foyer the lighting in this area could be turned up substantially as an impact statement, which it presently fails to capitalise on.
10.0
Everyone in the hotel made us feel very welcome and were all very helpful. The room and food were excellent. I have recommended this Hotel to family and freinds and will definately be going back again

Very pleasant layout of public spaces. Room was surprsingly quiet. Central London--lovely park across the road Staff pleasant and helpful
9.0
We were delighted with the St Ermin's. Excellent, comfortable room and reasonably priced dinner.
8.5
I was given a superb room 550 which I will ask for next time I book a reservation with you. All the staff very helpful.
7.0
This is the 3rd time that I stay in this hotel and I like it ever more. But now I've had a room no much good like another time, with a small bathroom any bidet. Best regards and happy Easter
6.5
Laut Beschreibung 4* Kategorie.
7.0
lighting not bright enough, lift not working. staff were excellent.
7.0
staff and breakfast excellent - room furniture old - bedside and room lights very dim: unable to read papers or book
9.5
A very nice hotel of high standard - very close to Westminster Abbey and Church House where I was attending a conference.
7.0
Good overall: food, comfort and location - but not worth the advertised price though excellent value with Yeego price. Some reductions in service and staffing since my last stay - and the lift on my side of hotel out of order all week. I was happy using the stairs but repairs in a 4 star place should not take that long.
8.0
very good and comfortable. Staff very helpful
7.0
Rather old-fashiomed, with a tiny lift, but public areas clean and spacious, with a nice late bar with blazing fires (gas of course) for the winter. Despite other comments on poor, scruffy rooms, we got an automatic free upgrade from a standard room to a huge 2-room suite, nicely appointed, spotless bathroom with (despite other reports) instant hot water. Breakfast (included in our deal) was a decent buffet, all the usual stuff, well cooked and presented. Good value for central London, would use it again.
8.5
Great location, nice staff, clean rooms,
4.0
Having stayed at this hotel in the past we were dissappointed at the quality of the room we were given. The breakfast was fine and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs.
7.5
Nice hotel, grand entrance. Rooms were nice however could do with a little updating, some of the paint work looked a little tired. This however this did not ruin our visit. Breakfast was nice in the morning. Location was fab, short walk to Buckingham Palace.
9.5
VERY GOOD HOTEL, ROOM, BREAKFAST, VERY SATISFIED IN EVERYTHING.
6.0
Esta estancia, nos dieron una habitación demasiado pequeña en todo: Cama, habitación y C.baño. El año anterior, sin embargo fue todo perfecto
2.0
All in all I believe this hotel is not of the quality that a 4* hotel should be, the whole building needs closing down and re furbishing as it is practically falling down and should not carry on providing a service to customers as it is. Beds that sounded like they were going to break when you sat on them, my bed in particular and a big delve in the middle. b) The bedding/mattress was not that of 4* hotel quality and there were hairs in between my sheets. c) No safe in the room. d) The shower was almost impossible to use it just trickled. The bath sounded like it was going to go through the floor when you got in it. e) The floor boards creaked. f) During the night the air conditioning unit would make loud noises every hour leading to a very disturbed nights sleep.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We found the room to be very clean and comfortable, breakfast excellent and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is ideally situated for siteseeing in Central London.
9.0
Very nice hotel. We were very happy to stay in this hotel

We have always loved this hotel for its history and old world charm mixed with modern accommodation. Such a central hotel and we cannot believe the bargain price we got through yeego. Thank you

Arrived on a cold snoy night, to a warm and friendly welcome. Was diven a free upgrade upon arrival and spent a sound night in a warm and comfortable room. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
8.0
Excellent location, and very convenient to have a car park. Staff helpful and the lobby and bar areas are excellent. Room clean and in working order but showing signs of wear.
5.0
Generally not impressed with this hotel. Initial room given to us was disgraceful! Main door was broken (very unsafe), ceiling was caving in (bathroom), Bathroom was very small, view of dustbins, cold, dark, bed was completly uncomfortable (could do with replacement), Service was very slow at reception when complaining about the room! Room-service was quite expensive. Although the staff were friendly and after a lenghty complaint process recieved an upgrade to suite! Would i recommend this hotel? No!!! Price paid didnt reflect service and room recieved!
9.0
Excellent service and excellent location
8.0
Great location, staff helpful, nice room. Would recommend
8.0
Very good location, excellent deal for the room & breakfast. Hotel a little tired in places but certainly didn't spoil the stay and considering the price we paid - very happy and would stay again. Hot buffet breakfast so don't expect michelin stars but sets you up for the day nonetheless. Staff friendly and all with good english. Would stay again and recommend to others.
6.5
Perfect location. A bit worn. Bed was awful. Breakfast very good. Staff helpful and very nice.

Very pleased with the room and the cleanliness of it. Have stayed at the Jolly Hotel before and would recommend it.
7.0
Very good location. Poor breakfast. Small rooms. Some of the staff members are unpolite.
7.5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room could do with some refurbishing (toilet, ceiling, bathroom...) Breakfast was very good indeed. So we had a nice stay!
7.0
Good location, but hotel a bit tired, needs decoration. Bar was closed and we had difficulty in getting a drink, but after complaining they were straight on to it. Lift too small for me to use so had to climb up 4 flights of stairs. This hotel had parking which was great as we took the car in to London, but it was difficult to find. Overall I would stay again.
7.5
A comfortable stay. Very clean and good service. Good value for the price. But for a four star hotel they really need to do something about breakfast. The fruit salad was decidedley stale (had this problem before) and the only eggs served are scrambled - and they tasted suspiciously powdery! A request to the kitchen for fried eggs was met with 'not available'??
10.0
optimum quality/price ratio. Perfect location

Excellent value booking through Yeego. We were given an upgrade on arrival and had a lovely room. This hotel is centrally located with easy access to buses and Tube.

delightful Edwardian hotel which they fortunately have not spoilt since the 1950s when my parents stayed frequently. Close to the Parks and central London and with the tube almost next door and buses in Victoria Rd very convenient for moving around. Good sized room.
8.5
BED VERY COMFORTABLE.ROOM VERY CLEAN STAFF HELPFUL.EVENING MEAL ENJOYABLE WOULD CERTAINLY USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN WHEN STAYING IN LONDON DUE TO THE ABOVE & ITS GOOD LOCATION IN LONDON
8.5
Excellent, could not beat this hotel for service or price anywhere in London
7.5
This is a lovely old fashioned hotel. You would not be surprised to see Hercule Poirot walking across the lobb! It is in an excellent position for the House of Commons and river boat trips and 2 mins from St James tube. The afternoon teas are to die for - a bit of elegance in a busy city. Room OK and very quiet.
8.5
Excellent location.Comfortable room with good facilities. Would certainly use this hotel again
7.5
We have stayed there before. Its an old-fashioned hotel in a very convenient place. We requested a quiet room and after an hours wait the room we were allocated was excellent. There was a problem with the toilet flush but that was sorted quickly. However the shower took ages (at least 10 mins) to run hot , which did seem like a waste of a precious resource. Breakfast is very good apart from the tastless mush they call fresh fruit salad. Afternoon teas are wonderful!
6.0
Grandly shabby. Worn-out carpets, creaky lifts, but interesting architecture and rooms large by London standards. Not worth the price, but where is these days in this city?
9.5
Easy booking with YEEGO, swift service upon arrival at ST ERMINS Hotel, rooms immacualte, spacious etc. Breakfast again excellent and waiters helpful. Would definitely book again and have reccomended Yeego to others. Thanks!
7.5
Good hotel in good location and friendly staff. I will consider staying in this hotel next time.
7.5
Really love the jolly have been about 10 times but think the rooms could do with a bit of a make over but still love it and central to everything
8.0
Trashboxes made some noise in early morning when emptied. Breakfast was usual, nothing special but you got what you needed for the day. Lobby was big and service was very helpful. Our room was rather small and outdated but clean. Location is excellent, many major sights are within walking distance. Good value for the money with Yeego prices.
10.0
Very comfortable Good location and pleasant staff.
9.0
No tea/coffee tray in room also lighting could be better otherwise very good will come again.
7.5
Very friendly with a good atmosphere and cheerful staff. The rooms are comfortable, although some bathrooms are in need of updating. It is set in a very quiet location, which permits relaxation in the very heart of London.
7.5
lovely hotel , comfortable room and reasonable breakfast - some more veggie options would be welcome!
9.0
The situation of the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful. The English breakfast was plenty. And the standar room was big and nice.
7.0
Reception staff were very helpful. Room was quite shabby and small. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent- very central and very close to tube.

good location for sight seeing, clean, plesent staff, nice breakfast.
8.5
Great location for a visit to the Festival Hall. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was adequate but not great. However, for the price it was a good value visit. Would book again.
7.5
good value for money
7.0
Great location if you are in London for a short stay and want to see the sights. Just one stop on the underground from Houses of Parliment, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye and Thames Cruises. For a longer stay there it may be better to stay somewhere with a bit more life at night. Its in a business area so not much in the way of pubs or restaurants at night. That said everything is only a few stops on the underground. Hotel is clean, staff are fine ( we hadn't much contact with them), breakfast is fine, rooms are a bit shabby and small but clean with a comfortable bed. Never had dinner there. Wouldn't be bothered. In summary, good location for a sightseeing trip, close to underground, clean but dated, not a four star but for the price we paid it was well worth the money.
8.0
Our stay in the hotel was pleasant. The room was clean, tidy and spacious compared to the standard room hotels in London. However the washroom was tiny! Breakfast was included in our stay which was great. Did not have much contact with staff but the concierge was friendly during our checkout. Overall the hotel is good.
9.5
Excellent hotel. Great location.
8.0
great hotel, comfortable, friendly and delicious breakfast.
3.0
Have been to this hotel several times and feel that it is not up to the original standard, rooms are beginning to look a bit jaded.holes in curtains damp in corner of the wall and shower very trickly and not very warm.OK for price but not as it was.
9.5
Good value for money for a London hotel. Perfect location for business and sight-seeing. Fantastic stay. Thankyou yeego. Will book with you again very soon.
9.0
Clean, pleasant, cooperative, rich breakfast, well located in the city. Whatelse more? I will certainly recommend it to friends. Since London is a huge city that cannot be exausted in a 4 day stay, I am planning another stay, for sure in the same hotel by means of the same booking channel. Compliments also to Yeego! Best regards Giovanna Lambertini

All enjoyable unless double bed too narrow.

Very high standard for very moderately priced hotel. Delayed arrival, so was not able to investigate it's own in-house facilities, but this has to be a sort after return hotel. Rooms 9/10 Breakfast 10/10.

Staff 8 Services 8 Clean - 8 Comfort -7 Value for money-9 We lived in London for 25years and never ever thought of staying in a London Hotel. We saw another fantastic side to London. Thank you Yeego- You made our stay very memorable and stress free. Mr R and Mrs H Abrahams

Very comfortable. Excellent.
9.0
Great hotel. Staff helpful especially concierge. Enjoyed the full English breakfast. Have stayed at this hotel 5 times now.
8.5
As an architect I could appreciate the nature of this fine building as a tourist I realy appreciated the closeness of the hotel to important landmark buildings and places of interest. The hotel is set back off the street and does not suffer from noise. The atmosphere in the bar was cosy and the staff throughout the complex were very helpfull.
8.0
Great location, clean hotel, friendly staff.
8.0
Hotel up to its usual standard having stayed before several times.Staff very polite and always helpfull.Room was very comfy and everything to hand.Top marks to everyone. Also this was the first time I have used Yeego and have already recomended you to other travellers, brilliant service well done.

8.0
The location of the Hotel was ideal. The hotel itself was very nice though the service at breakfast was a bit slow on the Sunday morning.
7.0
nice atmosphere, good breakfast, rooms need some renovations (water pressure..). good value for money
7.0
Double standard is a very little room with a very very little bed, after the first night we had to upgrade to a superior at £ 25,--/day to have a rather comfortable room.
8.0
very nice hotel
5.5
Hotel ok, not brilliant, but convenient
8.0
Excellent service from the staff throughout our stay, rooms well furnished but public area's looking tired and dated. Will certainly use again
8.5
Really nice, clean, friendly hotel.
9.0
Greast service and beautiful architecture. Excellent location right next to St James park tube station. Excellent breakfast.
6.5
We have stayed here before several times and it is great, although this time the room was rather small. we always try to book here as its very convenient for all attractions
9.0
The hotel has wonderful ambience, the staff is professional and very helpful, the breakfast was very generous and delicious. My only complaint was the mattress in room 241, which was old, the springs were worn and the side dipped precariously. Upon hearing of this at check out, the attendant noted it and by now it must surely have been changed. Great location for many tourist spots (Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abbey, etc.)- we walked everywhere! Wonderful hotel!
7.5
nice rooms, good workers problems with newspaper request
8.0
A beautiful hotel. but the hotel and especially the rooms were like ovens.
7.0
Rooms small but clean, quiet and comfortable. Ideal location for tube and central attractions. Breakfast excellent. Self service but wide range of hot and cold items. We have used this hotel before and will continue to use.
7.0
Enjoyed my stay as it was to visit the Chelsea flower show and catch a west end show so the location was convenient for both. I was disappointed with the standard of decor, the room was very tatty and in need of a good sprucing up and for a 4 star it would have been nice to have biscuits and bottled water provided. However the staff get full marks, very obliging, polite and informative and the breakfast and bar food were good.
7.0
I would recommend this super hotel for its great location and very safe area. The hotel is on a quiet street off Victoria Street opposite New Scotland Yard with St James Park Underground only around the corner. The hotel is as stated on the website architecturally old but they have kept its character with all its grandeur. The breakfast is not to be missed and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout but especially in the breakfast room. I got a great deal with Yeego but we did find prices within the hotel and restaurant expensive but let not that be a deterrent as you have plenty of options being so close to the centre of London. Victoria Street has a selection of high street stores & good restaurants. Great bar called the Albert with good food only around the corner. The twin room was small but with everything from a mini bar to shoe polish and miniature sewing kits. Beds were very comfortable, my mum smokes so we were offered on arrival 2 single rooms or 1 twin room smoking. Considering the hotel is old it was well kept and very clean. We were there for the Chelsea Flower Show and the location for this couldn’t be better. We will be going back. Thanks Yeego
6.0
Fab location 1 minute from underground train. Fantastic lobby, nice attentive staff. Rooms were old and dated. Very worn carpet and ripped wall paper but fabulous comfy bed and the linen and bathroom was spotless.
7.0
Good location for Whitehall and very reasonably priced. The foyer and public rooms are quite impressive. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable but overdue for redecoration.
8.0
the service was good. the rooms was old and the bed was to small but the rest of the hotell was very dice. the location was perfect for us.
8.0
Location: wonderfully near St James Park and Buckingham Palace and the underground stations, a quiet close, large windows, good service, bar food good range, sumptuous breakfast.
10.0
Rooms of convenient size, breakfast buffet great with a lot of choices. Bar, lounches with fireplace and calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very central and convenient location but very quiet indeed. I'll use it again
9.0
Jolly Hotel St Ermin’s is a wonderful place to spend holidays... The staff is very kind: everyone speaks Italian. There are Italian Tv channels, too. The location is very good: it’s near the Big Ben, near Backingham Palace, near Scotland Yard (in front) and near the underground. Rooms are very pretty... Breakfast is very good and rich of anything you like. It’s to advise

We had spent the last 6 Christmas’s in either The Tower Hotel or Royal Horse Guards, we thought we would spend Christmas 2006 at St Ermins, the room was comfy and the Caxton Bar was cozy with its lovely fire, there was also a good bar menu. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked, we even had a cake brought to our room and wished a Merry Christmas what a nice gesture. Having spent a pleasant weekend in October, we decided to return for Christmas 2007. This was the biggest mistake we could have made, it started with the receptionist who had trouble finding our booking, eventually we were allocated a room , having made our way there we found it was right by the swing doors which squeaked every time it was opened, it was also possibly one of the smallest rooms. After unpacking and having a nice walk we returned to have a drink in the bar before showering and spending the evening by the fire only to find The Caxton Bar was CLOSED until the 28 December how stupid to close a bar over this period. We asked at reception why the bar was closed we were not offered an explanation; the receptionist was asked if another bar was available, we were e told she didn’t think so. There was, but it was like sitting in a café it was very bright and on the chilly side, this was not how we expected to spend Christmas Eve, St Ermins was losing its appeal rapidly. Things did not get any better at breakfast; although the staff were cheery and greeted us with Merry Christmas the breakfast was far from well served we had to wait for the eggs, on their arrival they were virtually thrown in the dish, bacon you could bounce of the wall basically awful. What would Christmas evening hold? Worse was to come, the small table’s had been set out for dinner, as we didn’t wish to eat there was nowhere to sit every seat was taken. Having ordered our drink, and asked where we were able to sit, the young man offered to show us to a place, we were shown to The Caxton Bar which was closed!!!! He told us he was not able to put any other lights on, as it wasn’t open, but we could spend the evening there. Our Christmas evening was spent, in an extremely cold uninviting bar, after a while the fear of hyperthermia was setting in. It was time for something hot to warm us up , as there was still no where to sit out side 2 bar meals were ordered only to be told by the waiter, “oh I didn’t know you wanted to eat “. Eventually our food arrived, it was barely warm, by now we were to cold to care, our meal eaten we returned to our room. Boxing Day arrived what would this hold, well, breakfast was better, that evening we managed to get a seat in the lounge area, sadly this was spent going over the disappointment of our Christmas, we were looking forward to returning home and minus that little touch of the cake we had received last year. The 27th arrived whilst putting the last few bits into the case before breakfast, there was a knock on the door, on opening it the chambermaid seemed surprised to see us still in the room, she wanted to come in to clean, it was 8.20 am. this was the last straw, we had had enough there was only one place we wanted to be and that was home. Would St Ermins be recommended, would we return I think you know the answer?
7.0
First point about the St. Ermin's is the location. Couldn't be better! Five minutes walk from Westminster Abbey, Big Ben etc. and about the same to Buckingham Palace and/or Victoria. Don't want to walk? St. James's Park tube station is one minute walk away. I stayed in the hotel before about 5 years ago and was really impressed. It could stand a bit of refurbishment now as the carpets etc. have seen better days. The room was perfectly adequate if not luxurious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Staff were helpful and courteous; when the queue for breakfast became a little long, some of us were taken off to the VIP breakfast room to shorten the wait. Breakfast itself was very good, wide variety and plentiful. Overall; I've stayed there before and on my next visit to London, I will give St. Ermin's first call. Minus points: well, the hotel is about due a refurb, and the lifts are possibly the smallest I have ever seen.
6.0
The St. Ermins was satisfactory. Our room overlooked the service area of the hotel which wasn't very pleasant. The room had a musty smell to it, almost like it hadn't been occupied for a while. Breakfast was slow as you have to wait for a table, this is because the breakfast room is so small. Overall, the staff at the St. Ermins were all very polite & efficient. We would stay there again but only after it has been renovated, which it badly needs.

Thanks for your request for opinion. The hotel is not a shadow of its former self. I have written to the hotel to state my complaint. A four star London hotel allocated me to a room which in reality is a small meeting room with a CAMP bed. The room was badly/sparesly furnished with no mirror for the hair dryer/make up, the bathroom was dirty with lights not working. I complained on arrival, the staff were simply not interested and whilst I understand that the hotel was full therefore not allowing us to pay for an upgrade, we were not asked if something could done to rectify the problem. I would have expected and received a better room with better service from Travel Lodge and equivalents. PLEASE do not send any more of your customers to this Hotel until you have inspected, you will do yourselves no favours
6.0
Everything about the hotel was wonderful except the room was small and dingy. The public rooms, dining room, employees were excellent.
8.0
Rooms could need a little make-over, but cleaning was very good. Food was excellent, the staff very helpful and serviceminded. Location is central, and gives easy access to sightseeings.

Room small but set back off road. Comfy bed.
