Nice and service-minded people at the reception. The bad thing about this hotel is the breakfast: with a couple of exceptions, the staff here wasn't particularly friendly or service-minded. Had to wait quite a long time to get coffee every day, and they had removed the cups, so self-service impossible. Also had to order eg scrambled eggs, again taking a lot of time. Selection of food OK, but far below most I have previously seen at 5 star hotels.

A classy Hotel with a superb kitchen, fine rooms, and great service. My only caveat would be the preposterous Internet prices, but that's really a detail.
