Bonus Program

What is the Bonus Program?

The Bonus Program is a way for us to reward our loyal customers with even more discounts. Bonus Points are awarded with each booking confirmed. For each and every booking you make yourself, your account will be credited with 3 % Bonus Points based on the total value of your booking. Earned bonus points may be used against any future bookings.

How do I join the Bonus Program?

Joining the Bonus Program occurs automatically when you make your first booking with There is no extra cost for joining the program.

How do I earn Bonus Points?

For each booking you make with you will earn Bonus Points in proportion to the cost of the booking. Bonus Points will be held in a pending area until two days after the check-out date of your booking, when they will be added to your Bonus Points account. Once in your account you will be able to use these Bonus Points against hotel bookings.

How many Bonus Points will I earn for each booking?

You will earn 3% of the booking total. However, you will not earn Bonus Points on a saving made using Bonus Points on a booking. For example, if a booking with the total amount EURO 100.- is made and you choose to use 10 Bonus Points against the booking, you will only earn Bonus Points on the EURO 90.- remainder of the booking total.

Your bonus points will be automatically converted into EURO and collected as EURO under your Yeego bonus account. However you can use your bonus points in your next booking whatever the currency of your booking total is (your earned bonus points will be converted automatically in that currency).

When can I start using my Bonus Points?

You will be able to start using your Bonus Points two days after the check-out date of the booking for which they were awarded.

How do I use my Bonus Points?

If you have Bonus Points in your account, you will be asked during the course of making your booking how many Bonus Points you wish to use. You can choose to use any amount of your available Bonus Points, including none. Bonus Points that are not used against a booking remain in your account. Bonus Points expire 180 days after they have been earned. However Bonus Points earned in one calendar year remain valid until December 31 of the calendar year in which the points are earned and expire if not used within the same year.  

Can I request a cash payment for my Bonus Points?

No. Bonus Points can only be used to obtain discounts on bookings and we cannot make payments to customers in place of using Bonus Points. Bonus Points can only be spent on your own bookings.

What happens if my booking is cancelled or unavailable?

No Bonus Points will be earned on bookings that are cancelled or unavailable. Bonus Points that were pending when the booking was made will not be credited to your account.

How can I check my Bonus Points balance?

You can check booking details to view Bonus Points you earned for each booking. When you log in to your client control panel you will see how many total Bonus Points you have accumulated under the "My Earnings" tab. Pending Bonus Points are bonus points on bookings you have made but not yet consumed (bookings are only consumed once a customer has checked out). Approved Bonus Points are bonus points on bookings that you have consumed and are available to spend. Each amount, however, is only displayed if it is greater than zero.
