The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Hotel has been finalyl totally refurbished and is really Top. What a contrast with the past. New coffee-shop at the lobby level with a great choice of F&B. Perfect location, city centered, ûnderground proximity as well as Grand Central Station with newly opened Apple Store!

Hyatt was lovely hotel. Very clean. Efficient staff. Beds/linenes/towels changed daily. Only gripe was no tea/coffee making facilities in room? Very rare for this not to be standard across the world. Otherwise everything great!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Can be bit noisy at night as room is not sound proof.

The hotel is in a great location and staff are nice but can do with more staff during busy check ins.
The room was smaller than expected.
The staff was not helpful was i phoned and asked if they can do a little bit before arrival for my friend's bday even just a baloon in the room but give no help at all.
