A boutique hotel housed in an elegant columned building dating back to 1926. The optical-illusion, checkerboard lobby rug, inspired by old New York checker cabs, is a motif repeated throughout the hotel. The floral photographs on the walls are original signed works by Robert Mapplethorpe.
