| Room was small but nice and modern decoration. Bathroom was also new and modern. Breakfast was o.k. The location was fantastic for shopping in Manchester. |

| When we arrived the hotel was being renovated,this did not effect us too much but the hotel seemed a little disjointed.The room was good,clean and quite large the full english was superb.Would return in the future.I would recommend this hotel again a building with character. |
