I booked a triple room but was given a quadruple room. The room was small, and it was hard to fit all our big luggages. Apart from that, the room was located on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. We had to drag all the luggages up without any help. We lost breath once we got to the room. This happened every time we went up. Breakfast was bad, but there are many cafes nearby that serve good coffee and hot chocolate and breakfast. The location and the area is perfect.

Rooms were OK for the price. Soundprrofing was poor, at least when a group of school kids sleeped in the neighbour room.

2 stay at Lords, and still very great!! Very central, Bayswater and Queensway tupe stations 2 min walk. Lovely staff. Only bad thing, is the breakfast, which is to bread rolls, jam, butter and a cup od tea/coffee, but still fine taking the price into consideration.

Apartment remodelled. Room is small. Bed is small. Bathroom is very small. Other equipment is only the basic. Breakfast is basic (extra-need charges a little more). Surround is quiet. Subway is 5 minutes walking. Overall, good for budget travellers who stay on street all day.

ok for young people who have no trouble carrying luggage up 3 very narrow windy flights of stairs. I wouldn't recommend for older persons. Everything else was good for the price. The staff were particularly helpful

This is really all I'm looking for in a hotel. nice staff, not too posh, not too expensive, quiet rooms, decent breakfast, pleasant neighbourhood and not too far off center. Only downside: the bed... very bumpy and just plain uncomfortable.

The best thing about the hotel, was the location! It was only a five minute walk from two tube stations, Bayswater and Queensway, there is located in zone 1. The hotel was old, but the staff was very helpfull. Use this hotel, if you just need a central place to sleep.

This shouldn't be a hotel. Its fine for a HOSTEL. Expensive for the type of accomodation. Not very good brekfast. I have been in hostels with much better brekfast than this "supose hotel" an cheaper. Its an old building. No lift! Disables and old people coudn't acess the rooms.

You get what you pay for! The room and bathroom was a bit small and the interior in the room was a bit worn. But it was functional and as long as you don´t expect to get a "5 star room" for your money it´s not so bad at all. Be aware of scool groups that can be noisy. The staff on the hotel was nice and helpfull. My rating on 7 is mostly for the location of the hotel. It´s not far from the tube station which is convenient when you are going sightseeing. Near Queensway which has many great shops and a mall, nice resturants and pubs. Close to the beutiful Kensington Gardens. Would stay on Lords Hotel again the next time I´m going to London.

Lords hotel can be described as basic, but it offers good value for money. Rooms are spotlessly clean, staff is friendly and prices are moderate. The best thing about the hotel is its location, on walking distance from both the Bayswater and the Queensway tube stations.

The room was a bit small but it was ok, we only payed 132 pond for 3 night ! The location was perfect !!! So if you want to go to london cheap and do a lot of sightseeing please take this hotel! The first day the shower was cold and the toilet didn't work but they fixed it right away ! Just take this hotel, the beds are not that good but the rest of it was fine ! It is cheap and you get what you pay for !

Suitable for people who just want to sleep, not stay at a room. The room was very small, a bed and one plastic chair, nothing where to take things out from bags. Walls are paper, you can hear what people are discussing the next room. The was a lack of hot water on a shower, so prepare to get a very cold awakening! Location is great and staff friendly. Hotel is cheap but it would be worth of paying extra 10 pounds/night to some other hotel. We have been in a lot of cheap hotels in London and this was the worst one.

You only get one towel/person every other day. Carpets were stained. Shower curtain stained with either blood or rust. Bathroom extremely tiny and floods. No elevators. The 2nd floor was 4 long flights up. 2 of the front desk people were not friendly. Only got 4 channels on the TV. No clock.

We steyed with family, 5 heads in the hotel. Rooms are proper, budget size. Incl. in room rate is continental breakfast but children had to pay for hot chocolate due to they could not stand coffee or black tea. Hotel is designed for school groups (School examination classes) or couple of person and not for families.

Its a hotel for the "I know what I want" traveller. If you are looking for cheap accomodation in a very good area near two main subway lines and you don't mind small rooms (ship cabin like) its the one for you. If you are looking for more ease and luxury, this is not for you. Staff was very friendly and helpful, btw.

Awfull rooms in cellar with mobil home-like bathroom build into a corner. Carpet was practically alive.

we enjoyed our stay at lords hotel. but couldnt wash my long thick hair because of lack of water in the shower!! what is the point of a shower when there is almost no water comming out, that was a big minus. the bed was ok, but the pillow was terrible! really good service, big plus!! and the location was very good.
