Ideal location for PROMS at the Albert Hall and Gloucester Road Underground Station plus Waitrose, 24 hour TESCO and Boots. Stayed here for a number of years during the PROM season and Yeego deal was the best to be had this year. We were put in a room on a smoking floor but this was readily changed and with a very good attitude. All staff are very good. The rooms are small but very clean and the beds are good. However, the rooms are looking tired and the fridge has been removed leaving a gaping hole. Good value for money when booked though Yeego.

I cannot really fault the services of the Hotel. We were also lucky as for some reason they upgraded us to an executive room. We had a superking size bed and complimentary wine, and water each night of our stay. Checking in and out was hassle free. On a personal level the hotel is just too big and impersonal. I would use it again though if I managed to get another good deal. As a Female who sometimes travels alone I must say that this is not an Hotel I would feel comfortable to be alone in. On the whole a very good experience.

this hotel was great. it was so close to the tube station first of all. secondly, the neighbourhood was good no problems with safety. the breakfast was excellent. the hotel was clean. we had no problems checking in or out. the only thing was the room was too small and when the sofa bed was down (we were three people so we needed the sofa bed) we had to climb over the sofa bed. they should have given us a slightly larger room. other than that we were very pleased because it was one of the best rates we could find for a respectable hotel. i definitely recommend it. you will probably not find a better rate in london (only if you stay in a really crappy hotel) don't hesitate. only picky people won't like this hotel.
