| The room was small but clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast however was poor and chaotic. Both mornings we were shown to a table and we ordered tea, on day one they brought us one tea and one hoty chocolate, when we pointed out that we had not ordered hot chocolate the waitress told us: "Someone did", on dfay two they brought us tea but it was stone cold. TAlso on day two we arrived to find a queue of people waiting for food to be brouight to the the self-service continental breakfast bar. For the price it was just about reasonable but we would not choose to stay there again. |

| The hotel is conveniently situated very close to Kensington High street and its tube station. The reception and restaurant staff are very very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic, and clean, but the bathrooms could be upgraded...I dont like shower curtains! Room service is good and prompt. Pillows not great, and diningroom/breakfast room is terrible, depressing, and dark. There is a gym and pool. I would stay there again as a value for money experience, but the diningroom really needs attention. |

| This hotel is in a fantastic location (close to tube station, shops etc) and has great amenities. The rooms although compact are spotless and the breakfast (room service) was delicious. All staff were polite. helpful and nothing was too much trouble. |
