the website is deceiving the hotels does not look anything like wat is shown on the website.we had requested extra pillows and blankets from which we received sheets and one pillow.the secon night when we got back from work we asked for soap for a bath whick we did not receive.the people working there have no clue regarding customer service.the day i was leaving i asked to c the manager we waited but no one came.i dont think that i would promote this hotel in a hurry.come to think of it we always stay there when we are in london.

The hotel has a great location, some footsteps away from parks and from an underground station (central line). The rooms are not extremely modern or beautiful, but everything was very clean. People were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was quite modest though...only toast and cornflakes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people who mainly want to visit a great city. If I an going back to London, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Only location is quite good. Plenty of technical problems in the hotell. And service is not good. TV is not working, broken lamps, bad shower, lift is not working all the time. They do nothing to correct problems. Also dirty sheets and so on...
