| the room was very spacious, I had 2 king size beds. The room was very clean and I could open the window, which is rare in hotels near heathrow airport. The staff was extremely helpfull and kind, at the reception, the restaurant, etc. I have been visiting already most of the hotels near Heathrow and this is the best. |

| Spacious room, big bed, but the heating didn't work on a cold March night. Reasonable overnight charge, but food, telephone and parking all dear. Internet access was not priced, which led us to suspect it would be dear. Minimal supply of coffee and tea only just enough for two people -- only one pack of biscuits, presumably because it contained two! Bathroom superficially, not thoroughly clean. Desk staff available at all times. Easy access to airport. |
