A wonderful hotel in every sense- excellent service, staff, rooms and food!

Super room,but upgraded. Usual excellent service...everywhere. Only dissapointment was that our breakfast which we thought was included,was only continental! 9 out of 10!

unfortunately guests either side of us were very noisy, friday the 1st was a very bad nights sleep, on complaining on saturday morning the receptionist apologised but confirmed the same guests were in residence on the night of the 2nd and that as the hotel was full they could only ask the guests be quieter, we did not experience as much disturbance that night but this class of hotel should have done more, we checked out and at no point was our complaint mentioned or any recompense offered,

Mr Dutro's feedback 1. Room was extremely tiny; as he was staying for such a long time, at check-in he specifically requested a nice room; did not happen 2. TV was broken 3. Incredibly inconvenient to get to the workout facility - had to walk through the dining area 4. No showers in the workout facility so after working out had to walk back through the dining area 5. Room service was very timely; food was mediocre He'll probably not be anxious to stay there on upcoming visits.
