Great location and very comfortable. Room was small but not cramped. Had some issues with heating and cooling: first night was too cold, maintenance corrected the problem, but the the next night it was too hot. My complaint on check-out did not elicit any offer of compensation. Disappointed in the Georgetown restaurant adjacent. Good breakfast included but service was erratic: first morning was awful; the next was superb.

My second visit to this hotel. I can highly recommend it. Great location. Plesant personable staff. Booking on line...no problems what so ever, hassle free check in.Definitly would recommend to all.

The hotel is central, quiet and professionally run. All the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fresh and had a great assortment and variety of breakfast foods.

Rooms were very small but comfortable and clean. Staff service was excellent. Location brilliant. Concern with noise from adjacent train station but was not really a problem.
