| we are very satisfied about all... room, breakfast, location, staff. The black point: on the 8 nights of our staying there, not change of sheets the first 4 nights. |

| The NH group has upgraded the public areas significantly since their purchase of this Kensington hotel. The room furnishings were as original and starting to look rather tired. I had a complementary upgrade to an executive. Excellent quality breakfast. Overall a good hotel for the price, with an excellent location. Well done NH! |
