The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

The outstanding features are its continental breakfast and the helpful, competent and very knowledgeable staff. The Best Western Phoenix is well located, easy to get from it to other places in London and beside the Queensway with good restaurants and fair shops.
Some other reviews criticized it for being noisy - partly true, the walls are thin; for rooms being too hot (the radiators can be turned down and windows opened); and small rooms - true but expected in London in most hotels. We didn't find any of those criticisms serious. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Its downgrading in ranking may be due to its lack of such ameneties as an exercise room, full service restaurant, or pool, but those amenities aren't important to us...We walk and tour.

Great location, friendly staff, good value breakfast. But avoid room 114 - too hot even during Oct with all windows opened.

Good location, very central, very short walk to two tube stations. Rooms pretty basic, some torn patches on blankets etc., but thankfully very clean. Lots of creaking form wooden floors. Shower cabin a major problem for people of larger sizes! Courteous and obliging staff. Continental breakfast pretty basic too, English one cost 6 pounds 50! Overall, a good deal for the budget traveler, but not for the ones who are looking for at least the minimum of luxury.
