This was our second visit this summer and was chosen for proximity to the Albert Hall. A second visit is sometimes a mistake when the first scored so highly. However, this four night stay still rated a high score and the staff response at all times scored top marks. The only critisism for a four night stay is the small size of the "superior" bedroom and the shower room. The standard rooms are called "superior" which is misleading.

From the moment the hotel's concierge opened our taxi door and took control of our luggage until the end of our stay, we had impeccable service.
The Kensington Hotel has been refurbished and to a high quality. Quality and taste with wonderful service and attention to detail sums up my impression of this hotel.
We will certainly return.

Well located in central London, rooms are a little small but with excellent facility.
Highly recommended for someone who is wanting to stay close to Central London attractions . It's 4 star so is the price, but worth it in value.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and is in very good decorative order. We stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights following a long haul flight and chose the hotel because of its location. The only disappointment was the wait for breakfast on the second morning - there weren't enough staff and one of the waitresses was not very polite - although the manger and other waiting staff were very accommodating.
