The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

we are a family who travels often and all around the world. we usually reserve an apartment hotel. in this case, we were truly dissapointed with the accomodations and more than that with the service. when we arrived on Thursday at 18:15 there was no one at the hotel. we had to wait for another visitor to open the door to the front entrance. there was no concierge only a note that he would not be in on thursday (this not changed days throughout our stay. we never saw a concierge). we had to call the head office to ask for a key to the apartment we had ordered only to be told that there was a mix up and the two-room apartment was not reserved for us even though we had a confirmation for that apartment. after three seperate phone calls we were upgraded to the a 3-room apartment for the same price only to be told we had to leave a day earlier than we had ordered and paid for! we had to argue with the person in charge over the phone while the cleaning woman stood in the apatment amidst our belongings waiting for us to leave. he said it was not his problem and we had to leave. eventually he realized there had been another mistake and we had paid in advance for another day. we also asked for a late check-out which no one even responded to and eventually when we asked if we could leave our luggage in the building since we had a late flight we were told there would be concierge again, so "no". we ended up taking a taxi to paddington station and checking our luggage in for the day at an extra cost. very dissapointing!
