We were very happy with this hotel. It's basic, you get what you paid for. The staff was very helpfull and nice!

A real shit hotel that,in Denmark
never would be called a hotel.
We lived in a room that was small,dirty and smelld like a toilet. The staf was roud and arrogant. The "bed" was made to one person and had only one blanket. The toilet was so small
that you had to keep the door open then you wanted to sit down.
We only staid one nigth. Never again.A real shithoole.Take it of the list of hotel`s in London.

Really sleezy. We almost walked away but two tired children necessitated a bed - however bad -for the night. I never want to stay anywhere like it again.
The only positive was the polite man on reception.

Staff were lovely - very helpfull on advice regarding car parking and how it works in London - WiFi internet is flaky though because of all the walls, not far from HP big ben etc. great location. rooms clean but small. good for the price paid.
