My partner and I came to the hotel to celebrate our Anniversary.
The hotel was lovely, it is situated across the water from the O2 Arena.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, but apon our arrival home I found that they had taken £50.00 from my account.
I phoned the hotel to find out why and the gentalman on the phone said it was taken incase we used any of the facilities during our stay.
I wasn't told any of this when i booked or checked in, which i found dissapointing due to the fact it put me overdrawn.
I hope that in the future they will tell guests that they're going to take money out of their accounts!

Good quality of hotel, very well furnished with good amenities.
Decent size rooms well decorated and very modern and comfortable. Restaraunt and breakfast has good choice and quality.
Slightly out of the way for public transport, but offers a free shuttle service to canary wharf where most business travellers would be going and for onward travel.

Good clean modern. Rooms good size and well appointed. Staff polite and friendly. Could do with more staff for breaksast since I had to wait for a fair amount of time before I finally got a cup of tea, by which time I had finished eating.

Hotel is close to canary wharf business district, although a taxi from the tube station may be needed if you have suitcases. Hotel is very modern and bright, extremely clean, and posesses good attentive staff with a smile! Rooms are immaculate and spacious with good provisions. Hotel facilities are very good, resturaunt and bar good quality although pricey which is the only downside.

i very much enjoyed my stay at the radisson hotel. We had to upgrade the room to a suite as the room configuration was different to what was advertised. We originally booked a river view and was told that was not available. The rooms were modern, light and airey. Would stay again but, would recommend upgrading to a river view.
