At check-in they could not find our booking, but gave us a room while checking. Next morning all was well -- they had mis-spelled our name but had traced it. So no problem, but not good for a 4 star hotel. Apart from that, a nice hotel right next to the British Library, which we visited. Large, comfortable room, spacious modern bathroom. The included breakfast buffet was excellent, everything you could want. Just an overnight stay and did not use other facilities or have dinner, but would recommend it and go back.

We had a very big room in the 15. th floor, nice view over British libary and more, there was no noise. Nice staff, very friendly, good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. We were very satisfied.

Very good as usual. Bit too early for us to have breakfast which was most disappointing as we left the hotel with a "goody bag". Yeego was good - all bookings in order - thank you. Will definately use Yeego in the future.

The hotel is very close to St Pancras from which I was travelling so it was just what I wanted. Check in was quick and efficient, breakfast excellent and the rooms as good as any you would find anywhere.
