Great Hotel and room, nice and quite, very clean and superb service and help from staff, staff really is fantastic, the only reason I only rated it and eight is because in a warm summer, night, the room is so hot, windowds have been blocked to open, so if it is warm outside the room is a sauna, only complaint. But the rest is the BEST!!!!

A very poor single room. I asked for non smoking this did not happen. My window opened onto a small flat roof where kitchen vents came out. Very noisy, smelly and hot all night. To be fair I did not complain at the time so did not give the hotel the chance to do something. But I am amazed that a hotel like this is prepared to put a paying customer into a sub standard room like this.
However the room was a fair size for a single, although I did not really like having to listen to next door going to the toilet and taking a shower.
Breakfast only started at 7:30 (although it seemed good) you had pay a small fortune if you wanted anything eariler than this.
It would of been nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the room but there was no provision for this. I am sure there are far better rooms in this hotel.
4 star it is not.

Had a lovely stay staff very welcoming room nice but slightly noisy but can be expected for a saturday night

Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard with lots of choice.

Great location as walking distance to Covent Gdns/Leicster Sq/Oxford St.Friendly staff. Rooms small but that's what you tend to get in large cities however they were very clean with a good shower and the ever disappearing large towels were provided. Yeego price was the best I could find on the Internet. Will definitely go back.
