Lovely hotel... Beautiful room, although was very hot during the stay even though the weather outside was nice, didn't need to put there heating on! Bathroom nice, good power shower and nice and clean! The breakfast in the morning was buffet full English which was standard, tea was awful but offered juice! Plates, knives, forks, glasses were dirty and there wasn't clean tables to sit at in the restaurant which was a bit disappointing! Overall though we only stayed for one night and there seemed to be a big party in, but that shouldn't alter the standard! Would go again

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, room basic but was fine. Continental breakfast is inedible, but the hotel is well-situated - I will use it again. See it as staying in a caravan park, and you will be fine.

Having stayed at this hotel before I was disappointed on this occasion. On booking I was not give the option of English or continental breakfast but only discovered later that English was available. The WHB in my room drained exceptionally slowly. Laundry was piled in the corridors for long periods. Dirty dishes were left by the lift lobby one day from at least 8:30 to 11:00. Over a period Wed pm - Fri am I was disturbed three times by staff checking if my room had been made up and to be asked (at 8:30am) if I was checking out when rooms did not have to be vacated till 11:00am. The taxi organised by the hotel did not know where London Hilton on Park Lane was but instead took me to Bayswater Road !!
