The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.

I stay at this hotel every time I am in London. Good staff, rooms and facilities. New refurbished rooms are good but other rooms need attention. Some areas of hotel have a mouldy smell.

This was my 4th visit to the Crowne Plaza St James. On arrival at 3.00 p.m. our room was not ready. When we did get our room I was very dissappointed with it. The bathroom was very shabby and gruby and in need of both modernisation and a face lift. The towels are worn and hard and the windows are not double glazed so the room was always quite cold. On the up side, as usual breakfast was wonderful with a great selection and plenty of it. Very freindly staff excellent service. Just need bedrooms upgraded.

Absolutely wonderful, room was stylish, modern and had pleasent view overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast was buffet with a good choice of food. First time booking with Yeego.com and we would not hesitate in booking with you again. Thank you
