| The gap between facilities,good location and the efforts the Melia Chain is putting in promotion, to customer satisfection acheaved is huge !! Critical Service failoures that were pointed out caused disapointment and difficulties in keeping a sever time planning at and after breakfast. Rooms were relative to London standarts OK. |

| Must be one of the most enjoyable short hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel fascilities and service are second to none. All hotel staff offer a first class level of service and all hotel fascilities including rooms are immaculate. Would not hesitate to use the hotel again and would recommend to anybody who asked. |
