Excellent. Very kind staff. Good breakfast. Size of the room very convenient. Well communicated, bus stop at the door and tube 5m. away. Would come back gladly!

We booked a double room for 3 nights at a very reasonable rate and were very impressed with this hotel. Service was very good, location is excellent just 5 mins walk to Earls Court tube station. The rooms were quite large, a little minimalist but yet elegant in design. The bed was a queen size which is unusual for a standard room & it had a wall mounted LCD tv plus the usual amenities. The shower was powerful and the free toiletries (wehich included shaving cream and a razor plus a toothbrush & toothpaste) were also of high quality. Breakfast was included and was a mix of continental and british with everything from cereals to toast to croissants to lemon tart to bacon and eggs. I recommend the apple cakse and the lemon tart. The english breakfast was not always that great but the rest of it was and the coffee machine was the best I'd ever used. It did mocha, latte, cappucino and luxury hot chocolate which were all lovely. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in in the world and at £234 for 4 nights in London was extremely good value for a 4 star hotel.
