Excellent! Loved it! The service was great, the breakfast was great, the location is great, the rooms are great. If I would have to pick one down-side, it would be the mattress in the bed - a bit to stiff for my taste (but my husband liked it). We will definitely stay again.

Hotel is good three stars in my standard. Room was smelling of humidity but clean. Located in a very good position close to Earl's Court tube station and buses to Oxford Circus are just in front of the entrance. The breakfast is good. Nice overall experience.

The hotel is located in a building with beautiful architecture, a very good area. Here is easily reached by bus (3 stops) at major museums located next to it. Also located very close to the metro to get anywhere in London. The staff is friendly. Cleaning is done every day. My only complaint is related to that is the same breakfast every day. But it is a hotel you choose you and next time I come to London (NH brand is one that I checked in other cities in Europe and their high standard hotels, which keeps consistently).

Our stay at the NH Kensington Hotel turned out to be a very pleasant one, even though we did not spend much time in the hotel, since we usually left shortly after breakfast and returned in the evening. The room and bathroom were very clean and quite spacious. Our room was on the 3rd floor, had a nice view to the back yard and there was absolutely no noise coming from the busy Cromwell Road. The full English breakfast was more than satisfactory. The free wireless internet was limited to the hotel's lobby, but it had very good signal, so we had no problem checking our emails and even making phone calls through skype. The hotel's location is very convenient, since Earl's Court underground station is just a short walk away. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Great hotel, well located in nice district. Large and quiet room with also large shower. Frienly staff and good breakfast.Close to subway.
