| Dear Sirs as always our stay the millenium hotel was exeptional. All though when checking out we were charged for our cooked breakfasts that we had already paid you for, they told us they did not recognise the paper work you gave us to take along even though it was filled out and presented as outlined by yourselves in the correct manner. We look forward to your reply and reimbursment for the breakfast costs to our card. |

| Perfect location. Right in the heart of knightbridge and close to all the main shops! Room was a good size for a central london hotel and was clean and quiet. Great breakfast and always a warm welcome from the staff. thanks |

| Rooms:they have nice and simple decoration,they include all the basic needs, but they are small sized. Service:it was verrrry great including the reception, room service, housekeeping, and especially the conceirge. Food&restaurant:Honestly, We were eating at restaurants except for the breakfast..The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast lounge was well-organized. Location:exceptional and the best characteristic in the Millenium Hotel. |
