The hotel was beautiful with excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a twin room, which was spacious with a tv in the shower! The best part was probably the breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was great and they gave us a free upgrade.

Excellent location. Could not fault the services provided. Room to a very high standard. Location good for site-seeing. Close to Houses of Parliament and easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace and other main attractions.Safe area on the river beside Embankment tube station. Easy access to Wimbledon.
