The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Hotel building is beautiful and rooms and facilities very good. Unfortunately, the administration and housekeeping let it down considerably. During the evening there were piles of dirty bed linen all along the corridors and were still there at bedtime. Our room had very nice tea and coffee making facilities but unfortunately no kettle. Two members of our party booked a family room but were given a double room instead. They did not get beds for their children until quite late in the evening and when they did arrive the children ended up sleeping on mattresses on the floor. Not quite what we expected from a hotel of this calibre.

Hotel is absolutely huge and many parts are in rather desperate need of refurbishment. Standard rooms very small so we upgraded and it was well worth it. Larger room was lovely. Staff really lovely and helpful.
