The hotel location was very good, between the shopping and restautant and misical area. Short way to anywhere. Hotel itself was very nice, lobby good. Room nice. The only problem we had in the hotel was our room air condition: some reason tobacco smelt came in and that reason we had to change the room. Hotel take care this issues quict quicly - so reaction was good for our claim.

Very comformtable hotel and good service. Would stay there again and again. Very well situated and near to main attractions. Needs to furnish the bathrooms as tiles are getting tired.

The rooms at The Rathbone are clean and comfortable, but like lot of London Hotel rooms, looked a bit 'tired' I gather some of the rooms have been refurbished, but now cost twice as much per night, over £200. The staff are very helpful and polite, and the service and quality of the food at breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

Perfect location, close to Tube, lots of restaurants nearby, but quiet. Friendly staff, very extensive breakfast. Highly recommended.
