The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

We stayed 4 nights in Dolphin Hotel. The location is excellent, the price as well. The hotel is OK, a little old, but quite clean, the beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was too basic.

We were sent to Shakespeare hotel, next to Dolphin, which I didn't mind because I had already been in there. Typical english hotel, small bathroom (in a twin room, bigger in the 4 people rooms), lots of stairs, nice breakfast... All very clean.

Excellent location good value for what we paid We were a family 3 adults 4 kids 7-11 staying 2 nights one room 4th floor very steep steps unsuitable for anyone unfit or with very young kids other room in basement both rooms clean and comfortable working tv and fridge staff polite and helpful breakfast very busy go before 8 or you will have to wait for a table toast, cereal, fruit, boiled, eggs, chocolate spread and swiss roll! good coffee again better than we expected dont expect luxury but this is a good value option for a large family group.Yeego price considerably cheaper than anywhere else.

Very good hotel (compare with the price we payed that was about 120€ for 4 nights). Rooms were clean and bathroom too. Only one room was under the ground and there was a bad smell but in the room everything was fine Very close to the tube station, restaurants, market and fast foods. The breakfast is quite poor. There wasn't a good choise of food... i really appreciated it expecially for the staff

The Positives are are: - 1) Good location, 5 mins walk to Paddington station and Hop On/Off Bus service. 2) Good arrays of small shops around the area including fast food like : mc donald,KFC;Subway and chinese restaurant. 3) Clean room, staff, 3 receptionists very friendly and helpful, did not get their names. One caucasian, young, pretty, lady with very sharp nose was very nice to us, she worked on X' Mas day, 2 thumbs up for her!! The other specky, neat looking gentleman who worked on the morning of 15/12/09, is very helpful and kind. He helps any guests and gave them directions and has a pleasant and kind smile. The other asian girl who came in later of our stay 27/12/09, was polite and good. The rest are not worth mentioning particularaly one young caucasian lady who is very snobbish and can only give you an answer" I don't know" for anything you asked. We asked her how to get to Stoneheinge, her reply, 'I never been there myself!!The least she could say is to mention of the brochures available in the hotel which we know are there!! The Negatives : - 1)No lifts, so if you are old folks, keep away from this hotel!!We were given the 3rd floor and we had 4 big luggages to carry up !! 2) We have already book for our return from Paris on 24/12/09 so requested a 1st floor before we checked out on 17/12/09.The receptionist said no promises, and when we returned on 24/12/09, we were given 4th floor!!!But the consolation this time the rooms were bigger with 2 double bunker beds and 2 single beds able to accomodate 6 persone ( there were 4 of us ) room 47. 3) On our 2nd stay, house keeping was not as expected. Clean towels were not replaced, rooms were not clean. By the time we found later in the day, called the receptionist, she said thet have already left, will get new ones next day!!So I had to remiond the recpetionist not clean our rooms and replace b=new towels, however coffee & tea packets were not replenished. 4) Continental breakfast is ok but it is the same everyday. I love the hot chocolates, it is excellent where you can drink till you purge!!For an american breakfast ( Eggs, sausages, beans )you need to pay extra £2.50.But the sausages has a horrible taste so we stick to continental!! Cheers!
