| Good value to the price for a bed and breakfast hotel.Good position in the city, close off the tube. Small but clear room. A little bit hight noise level from the street. |

| Very nice and clean hotel, warm atmosphere, friendly service and very close to the city centre and many sights! |

| The room was quite small, but that wasn't what we required. The only things we wanted were an efficient room service, with clean room and clean toilet, a good breakfast and no noisy outdoors. We got all that, so it was all good. |

| It was a typical 2 stars hotel with small but clean rooms and good English breakfast. Staff was helpfull and service was good. Room for 3 persons was very small. Location is great. Close to Lancaster underground station on the Central line and also close to Paddington station . |
