Family room (3 adults) was fine and clean. Beds were comfortable, but had window open as it was a warm night and the traffic was noisy. Breakfast was fair. Overall very good value for money - location to Paddington station very good. Staff very pleasant.

We spent in this hotel 3 nights when we were stranded in London due to the ash issue. Quite OK but the floor needs definetely good hoovering and soon (corners are already gray). Really good location near Paddington and safety area. Good bathroom. Breakfast was included but one time was enough for us.... OK if you need something quickly with the good connections.

good location, for one nigt perfect,stuff at reception not very friendly...
