| We were promised parking for 24 hours over the phone and were told it was OK to leave the car till 6 the next day, but when we checked in they said the 24 hours was 12 noon to 12 noon, and wouldn't negotiate. We booked a room with a child and they hadn't made the child's bed up until we asked. Breakfast was included but was barely adequate - a very poor offering for a continental breakfast. The full english offered as an alternative wasn't very appealing either. For a place to stay overnight before catching a flight it would be adequate, but as a base to visit London (which we wanted) it was inadequate and we wouldn't use it again. |
