| Great Hotel, but no fridge in room. |

| The hotel was ok - I suppose you can't expect more for that price these days... Location is slightly hidden in a sort of side alley/ back yard - not terribly inviting + need to know where you're going, otherwise might be tricky to find. Reception is ok/ as expected. The room is pretty average, functional. Generally clean (although the bed throw didn't seem to have had a wash for a while - various marks on it; rest of the linen was fine). Liked the fact, that they offered toiletries on request (free), and had soap/ shampoo dispensers in bath rather than loads of little bottles in the bathroom - something for the environment... Sound proofing could be better - person next door got up at 5.15 am - I couldn't sleep anymore whilst he was having a shower/ shaving/ probably doing his exercises or whatever etc - not ideal with a busy day ahead... Alltogether acceptable and probably best value for money available... |
