Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

we arrived at 1355hrs was told our room would be ready at 1400hrs we were still waiting half an hour later. we were shown to our room down in the basement,very small corridors not very clean our room was very small and not that clean our bed linen had holes in it we had to ask the housekeeper to get us some towels as there were none in the room and when we asked the way to the train station they just did not understand what is was we wanted. we paid on line and yes it was only £38.so we grabbed our bags and went to reception to hand in our keys and to say we would not be stopping the staff just not interested because they wanted to watch the football.very poor customer servise.
