We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. It is not very big, which made us feel cosy. I agree, this hotel is decorated in style. Most of all we enjoyed the friendly service. The staff was happy to help whenever we contacted them with a question. And we could leave our bags for a few hours there after we checked out, which gave us the possibility to spend more time sightseeing before our flight. Good place to stay!

The hotel was good value for London prices although the extra charge of 2 pounds a day for the safe in the room is not something I have come across before in any other country.
The breakfast was good and very good location.
