Nice hotel being renovated. Some glue smell due to this. Not enough seats to serve everybody breakfast on saturday, we had to god somewhere else to eat. Efficient, polite and friendly staff. The hotel proberbly deserves one more star when the work is complete.

General appearance good. However, door key that did not work left a poor first impression. Room absolutely tiny. However, it was modern & clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate. If you do not intend to spend much time in the room, this hotel is fine. For the price, standard and location, it was good value for money. The non-discounted rates, however, are extortionate.

My Aunt & myself stayed for 3 nights. Great hotel very clean and quite. Only complaint was the room was warm as the airconditioner would not cool the room. Staff did offer to move us but I think it was the same in all rooms. Excellent location, breakfast was great, we ate dinner acouple of nights at the hotel, maybe dinner a little pricey but good food. Would stay again!

Hotel reception was friendly and offered an upgrade from a single room to a double. However, the "double" room was more like a single, rather small with one side of the bed pressed up against the wall. Bathroom was dated and needed a new washer on the bath tap which was running continuously. Breakfast was an average hot buffet, but the service was disorganised at best.Location is close to Queensway Tube Station but having to contend with that each time you go out can be an ordeal.
