The hotel is ideally located in a quiet residential street between Victoria and Westminster, within easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Victoria Railway Station (Gatwick Express, Victoria, Circle and District Lines), Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the Tate Gallery.

The rooms are pleasantly furnished with light wooden furniture and pastel colour schemes. They vary in size with almost half of them being medium in size, whilst the remainder are small but functional.
