The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Friendly staff.
Day 1 receptionist kept me waiting to check-in by saying the room was getting ready while in reality she was waiting for it to strike 2.00pm which is the official check-in time. If I given the option of paying a day rate or just allowed to change (as I had explained this to the receptionist)I would have not wated ovr 2 hours in the lobby!!

The hotel is well situated and has a confortable environment inside. Rooms are clean and has a good size. Breakfast is good and offers a nice variety buy some fruit would be appreciated. The main inconvenience I suffered was access to internet; I paid in advance for a week and service was so slow that I ended in a starbucks cafe for checking my e-mail; unfortunately I complained to reception and they were unable to attend my complain.

The hotel is brilliantly situated for Regent Street/Oxford Street and a perfect base for us as we were going to the Palladium.
It was very quiet,hidden away enough from the bustle of London, but just a short walk to a nice selection of bars and restaurants, and of course, shops.
The hotel is old fashioned, but I think it gives it a very personal and "bed and breakfast" feel. It may have dated decor and carpets/bedspreads but it was absolutely immaculate, and had everything you would want or need for a night or two in the capital.
Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
I would happily stay there again, and epsecially for the price. A nice hotel.
