The room was adequate but there wasn't central ventilation. Room was hot & stuffy.

The hotel satisfied all our expectations; clean room, kind and helpful staff, ideal location near Hyde park, budget price. Only negative experience was that we found the room unlocked once (probably after cleaning), but nothing was missing.

The staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast the best I've had in a budget hotel in th U.K. The room was clean and noiseless. The hotel is close to the Bayswater station and situated in a nice and quiet area.

Staff was courteous. The room looked little old fashioned. Ensuite facilities were good. Reception quality of all tv channels was not good. The furniture besides bed was wobbley and the bed lights were not working properly. The breakfast was simple one, not that much worth it.Internet was costly at 3£ per hour.

Location of the hotel was excellent and the surroundings were very pretty. The area was very quite and relaxing. The service and staff attitude get full marks. They were helpful and pleasant. The inclusive breakfast was fine (coffee, yoghurt, pastries etc) but if you want something more substantial you would have to pay an extra £7. The rooms were reasonable to small but suit the purpose of a weekend break. The interior of the hotel lobby, restaurant and bar was very good. The bedrooms looked like they had been freshly painted but the finishes were poor e.g. painted tiles, corner sections, skirting etc were a bit tattered or did not get updated. The rooms are fine for now but I wouldn’t like to see them in 6 months. We paid £65 per night and for London we got reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price. Everything was clean and tidy. I would recommend it if you going soon. Tube station 3 mins walk.
