| Very good, fast, kind and polite service. Nice drink bar. We liked the location as well (it's a very decent, quiet and tidy neighbourhood near Tate Britain) but unfortunately it was very difficult to get back to the hotel after midnight because it's hard to get a taxi that time and the hotel was too far away for walking. In that sense some other, more central, location could be better. Still, I might get back to this hotel as they really treat you well there. |

| I have stayed here twice before, booking directly with the hotel. From past experience, I knew that my stay would be wonderful and it was. The room is modern-luxurious, breakfast exceptional. As others note, the hotel is a bit off the beaten track, being convenient only to the next door Tate Britain; but the buses in front of the hotel take you right to Pimlico or Westminster station in a matter of minutes; and to Oxford Circus and beyond if you prefer the bus over the tube. This hotel is my #1 choice in London. |
