| Hotel fine (rank 6.5, booking company 2.0)apart from slightly poor service at the one evening meal that we had at the hotel. Main problem was that, even after checking before arrival, we had been booked into the wrong Novotel hotel; even though on our confirmation documents the right hotel was listed. The staff at the Waterloo hotel did their best to help to sort out the problem with the booking company, but it still meant that we lost at least most of the afternoon sightseeing having to hang around in the hotel lobby waiting for things to be sorted. |
