Hotel is very conveniently located, good breakfast if included in good rate, staff is average (just like any big chain). This time the hotel was unbearably hot - the windows only open a crack and the airco is not available in the winter. Therefore it was not comfortable in the room or for sleeping. This is the second time we have stayed there and would still consider it again.

Good sized twin room for me and my 10 year old daughter.Had requested room on inside as had stayed before and outside rooms overlook Victoria station and are very noisy. Very peaceful this time, very clean and wonderful breakfast!

Great Hotel, staff very friendly, helpful, rooms lovely, A great selection of hot and cold foods for breafast. My elderly parents, came with us on trip to see show in Westend. They loved hotel too! We all hope to travel back to London soon and we will definitely stay at this hotel. So convenient to Victoria Station (2 minutes walk)and ideal when travelling from Gatwick Airport.

The hotel was so handy to the train station, very clean and the staff were very polite. The only downside was no information in the room about restaurant times or when I could go for a swim. Overall very good value for money.

Great location close to transport links from Gatwick and around London. Room was small but nicely decorated. Bathroom was in need of an update. Service was pleasant and breakfast was quite nice. Not quite 4 star- I would say a good 3 star.
