Good location, but for the price you are paying the rooms are very small and if you leave your bag at the desk you have to pay for it!

Something must be done with the elevators. The bed felt worn out.

The hotel was very busy at all times but seemed to cope well.Room very basic and small but clean, breakfast was chaotic but food was ok. Ideal location for west end and would definately stay there again.
