| The hotel itself was perfect - brand new, spacious room, decent breakfast, free newspapers, helpful staff. My room overlooked a very busy road, so opening the window meant traffic noise at all hours. (The room had a/c so it was my choice to open the window, not a necessity). The hotel is very close to North Acton tube station, but the directions for tube users could be better (turn RIGHT when you exit the station, and once you get to the street it's pretty much a straight line from there to the hotel). No room service - though this wasn't a problem for me. There's an ice dispenser next to the lifts which I found a lifesaver in the course of a warm weekend - nice touch. Overall, very happy with it and would not hesitate to go back. |
