| I have read some of the reviews for this hotel and can only assume some of their perspectives were slightly warped. We arrived to a very efficient warm welcome our rooms were not huge but were comfortable and well equiped especially the barhrooms. The lifts of which there were many were readilly available and the hotels bars excellent. Breakfast in the market place was excellent and lunch in Rhodes W1 was unbelivable. It is a busy hotel and the rooms show some signs of wear but the staff are very attentive and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. |

| The Cumberland is a nice designer hotel. Rooms and service is fine. Gym was ok. Breakfast restaurant is a terrible factory! Be at breakfast early to avoid loong waiting. Cocktail bar Carbon is great. Gary Rhodes W1 restaurant is absolutely fantastic! |
