The location is ideal for people, who wants go shopping. The next tube station is opposite from the hotel. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are nice, but very small. The elevator is small too. By our next weekend journey to London, we will stay again in the Elisabeth Hotel. I suggest, that the breakfast should includ hot food,per example ham & eggs.

Hotel was clean,staff helpful, breakfast was continental but very adequate, lift was very cosy - no more than 3 people in it at a push with no luggage, beds were a bit springy. However, the hotel was more than adequate for our needs as we were exploring the city

Great location across the street from Lancaster Gate tube station. Comfortable beds, nice staff, good continental breakfast, clean but a little worn. Great value for the money in expensive London. Will stay there again.

Well appointed, spacious rooms - no single rooms so a single traveller is given a twin or double bedded room. However there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. An ample 'European' breakfast is included, with English breakfast an optional extra (£4 supplement). The hotel is literally two minutes' walk from Lancaster Gate station on the Central line and a similar distance from Hyde Park. Free internet access with printer is available and a free daily paper (Daily Telegraph) is delivered to the room.
