Location is wonderful.. food ok. It was the only problem, that our reservation papers was disappeared, and we have to wait till somebody will check everything.

The hotel wasn’t nice like than described. My room (n.404) was very dirty (spots on the moquette and walls, much powder, ecc ecc). The heating didn’t work well (the radiator was off) and at night the room was very cold, also from the window entered cold air. The bed was uncomfortable (I don’t think that was a double bed, probably were two pieces of sofa.. connects with two nails and iron clips – bed height was 1,70 cm and width was like 80 cm --very small!). Also there wasn’t hot water in the lavatory (we stayed for 5 nights!). The receptionists were unkind (we explained the problem of heating and they resolved nothing). The only nice things were the breakfast (simple but discreet) and the location near the undergrounds. The prices are cheap but the services are very scarse. In my opinion you should find better hotels (with same prices) than this.

location of the hotel is O.K. close to Hyde Park and central London. Room was very small, same for the bathroom. For a continental breakfast it was good. Related to the prices of other hotels it's a reasonable hotel

When we arrived to our hotel, there had been something wrong with the arrival date. The Hotel thought we should arrive on friday the 23:rd of november when we actually should arrive on thursday the 22:nd. Luckily they werw so professional so they gave us a luxory apartment with Jacuzzi and erything the whole weekend.

We had booked to seperate double rooms for two young couples and the first night we ended up living together all four in a so called apartment of theirs. There were two beds and one bathroom which the four of us had to share. That was definitely not satisfactory and we complained asap but were asked to come back next morning at 7.30 am. So we did and there we got to now that we had to wait until 10.30 before the manager would arrive. We came to London to see the city and not sit and wait for a room so we decided to come back later and have a chat with them. So we did and we ended up getting to twin rooms which was not what we asked for. They simply said that everything was booked so they couldn't do anything. They suggested us to write to yeego as we have booked the hotel through you. The rooms were fine until we got to know that in one of the room the toilet didn't work and there was no hot water. All in all we were a bit disappointed so to say and hope that in collaboration with yeego can get some compensation. Best regards, Gauri Varma Heise
