| The room was new and has been redecorated with new furniture. The personnel was nice . The breakfast has a good quality and offers a choice of english or continental. I will come back ! |

| The Guy on reception, I think he was the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He found us a smoking room even though our request for one had not been passed onto him by your agency. The room was ok, large enough as he had given us a triple room. The remotefor the television though had no back on it, and the batteries inside it had leaked so that it could not be used at all. The volume knob on the television itself had fallen of so we were not able to hear what was being said as the television was set to a very low volume. The bedding was clean, but the rest of the room left alot to be desired. The lift was also used by the cleaning staff, and was on more than one occasion full of mops and buckets when we needed to use it ( We were on the 5th floor). We went for breakfast the first morning. The staff were talking to each other in the doorway and it was some time before someone came over to see what we wanted. The staff in the breakfast room were very surly, no smiling allowed I assume? and the coffee was undrinkable. I glanced into the kitchen on the way past, and it was filthy...ugh. On our second morning we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we went to a nearby cafe instead. Location wise was ok, very near to the tube station. We would not use this hotel again. |

| Our room was comfortable and quiet although getting to the room was a bit of a walk. The elevator was quaint; small but useable and access to the hotel restaurant was good. I was surprised that parking was charged for cars in the lot because family dropped us off and we were concerned that if we did not check in quickly, there would be a charge (they waited for us to check in). Otherwise the experience was excellent. |

| Hotel was great. Recently stayed here with my son when we visited Wimbledon. The Hotel was very clean, the room we had was spacious and the reception staff were very helpful. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will certainly return again. Perfect for somewhere clean and quiet to rest after a long day! Breakfasts were grand. |
