We have stayed here before several times and it is great, although this time the room was rather small. we always try to book here as its very convenient for all attractions

The hotel has wonderful ambience, the staff is professional and very helpful, the breakfast was very generous and delicious. My only complaint was the mattress in room 241, which was old, the springs were worn and the side dipped precariously. Upon hearing of this at check out, the attendant noted it and by now it must surely have been changed. Great location for many tourist spots (Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abbey, etc.)- we walked everywhere! Wonderful hotel!

A beautiful hotel. but the hotel and especially the rooms were like ovens.

Rooms small but clean, quiet and comfortable. Ideal location for tube and central attractions. Breakfast excellent. Self service but wide range of hot and cold items. We have used this hotel before and will continue to use.
