| Room was small, bed was very good, bathroom was tiny, shower was good, restaurant service was below expectations, food was satisfactory. Hotel was located further out from the west end than we realised. View from the top was good, view from the room was poor. Bar service was poor as staff were overstretched. Reception service was slow, again overstretched staff. |

| Hotel and booking was superb... only downside to the hotel was that i had requested a double non smoking and upon arrival there were none!! so we took a smoking king instead...! Slight smell of cigarettes but not that bad and also they had my booking name the wrong way round... overall though... fantastic... will defo stay there again if I get the chance. |
